The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in one of these cases, <em>Minot v. Noem<\/em>, 1:25-cv-02471, in April, following the government&#8217;s appeal of the federal D.C. district court decision that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/interactive\/2026\/02\/02\/us\/haitians-tps-ruling.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blocks<\/a> the February 3, 2026, termination of TPS for Haiti. However, TPS holders from Haiti will continue to enjoy protection from deportation and related work authorization until the Supreme Court issues a decision stating otherwise. Additional details will be known in the coming weeks.
