El 31 de diciembre de 2025, un tribunal federal de distrito de California \u201canul\u00f3\u201d\/deshizo la terminaci\u00f3n del TPS para Honduras, Nicaragua y Nepal. Sin embargo, el gobierno apel\u00f3 esta decisi\u00f3n ante el Tribunal de Apelaciones del Noveno Circuito, que el 9 de febrero de 2026 \u201csuspendi\u00f3\u201d\/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courthousenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/tps-v-noem-ninth-circuit-stay-order.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bloque\u00f3<\/a> la decisi\u00f3n positiva del tribunal de distrito. Los demandantes est\u00e1n representados por la Red Nacional de Organizaci\u00f3n de Jornaleros (NDLON), las Fundaciones ACLU del Norte y Sur de California, el Centro de Derecho y Pol\u00edtica de Inmigraci\u00f3n (CILP) de la Facultad de Derecho de la UCLA y la Alianza Haitiana Bridge.<\/p><p>El juicio continuar\u00e1 y se conocer\u00e1n m\u00e1s detalles en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas y semanas. El juez a\u00fan no ha tomado una decisi\u00f3n definitiva sobre este caso.
