Le 23 janvier 2026, le tribunal de district f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a report\u00e9 la r\u00e9siliation du TPS pour le Myanmar (Birmanie). Cela signifie que, jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'une cour sup\u00e9rieure en d\u00e9cide autrement, les d\u00e9tenteurs du TPS du Myanmar (Birmanie) continuent de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de la protection du TPS contre l'expulsion et de l'autorisation de travail associ\u00e9e.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Le proc\u00e8s intent\u00e9 par sept b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de TPS birmans se poursuit,\u00a0<i>Aung Doe contre Noem<\/i>.
