Yes, there are currently two lawsuits involving the Trump administration’s termination of Haitian TPS.

1. On July 15, 2025, a judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York issued a final judgement in Haitian Evangelical Clergy Ass’n v. Trump, No. 25-cv-1464 (E.D.N.Y.), that makes the effective date of any termination no earlier than February 3, 2026, thereby preventing the ending of Haitian TPS.
