TPS holders from Yemen will continue to receive protection from deportation and work authorization while the case proceeds. On March 3, 2026, the Trump administration <a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalregister.gov\/documents\/2026\/03\/03\/2026-04179\/termination-of-the-designation-of-yemen-for-temporary-protected-status\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">deciso<\/a> to terminate TPS for Yemeni TPS holders.
