Jednak\u017ce rz\u0105d odwo\u0142a\u0142 si\u0119 od tej decyzji do S\u0105du Apelacyjnego Dziewi\u0105tego Okr\u0119gu, kt\u00f3ry 9 lutego 2026 r. \u201czawiesi\u0142\u201d \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courthousenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/tps-v-noem-ninth-circuit-stay-order.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">zablokowany<\/a> pozytywna decyzja s\u0105du rejonowego.
