On November 19, 2025, the district court ordered an emergency postponement of the termination of Syrian TPS (slated to take effect, Friday, November 21). As a result, more than 6,100 Syrian TPS-holders will be able to keep their TPS and related work authorization and protected from deportation\u2014until the Supreme Court issues a decision stating otherwise.
