This means that until a higher court decides otherwise, Yemeni TPS holders continue to enjoy TPS protection from deportation and related work authorization.<\/p><p>This case is <em>Doe v. Noem<\/em>, 1:26-cv-02103 (S.D.N.Y.). The lawsuit will continue and additional details will be known in the coming months.
