TPS and work authorization while the legal challenge to the Trump administration\u2019s termination of Nepalese TPS continues.\u200b<\/strong><\/p><p>On February 9, 2026, the Court of Appeals <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courthousenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/tps-v-noem-ninth-circuit-stay-order.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blocked<\/a> the federal lower (district) court decision that allowed TPS recipients from Honduras, Nicaragua, and Nepal to keep their TPS while the court case continued.<\/p><p>TPS \u6301\u6709\u8005\u5fc5\u987b\u7acb\u5373 <a href=\"https:\/\/iamerica.org\/zh\/legal-help\/\">\u5411\u53ef\u4fe1\u8d56\u7684\u79fb\u6c11\u5f8b\u5e08\u5bfb\u6c42\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5efa\u8bae<\/a> \u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u6709\u5173\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u8fd9\u79cd\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u79fb\u6c11\u6551\u6d4e\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div \u5de5\u4f5c\u8bb8\u53ef\u8bc1\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5de5\u4f5c\u6388\u6743\u8bc1\u660e\u3002<\/li><li>\u5df2\u7533\u8bf7\u5176\u4ed6\u79fb\u6c11\u6551\u6d4e\uff08\u5982\u5e87\u62a4\uff09\u7684 TPS \u6301\u6709\u8005\u53ef\u6839\u636e\u53e6\u4e00\u9879\u5f85\u51b3\u7533\u8bf7\u83b7\u51c6\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u5411\u96c7\u4e3b\u63d0\u4f9b\u5176\u4ed6\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u5c31\u4e1a\u6388\u6743\u8bc1\u660e\u3002<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-8623\"><ul><li>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6709\u5de5\u4f1a\u4ee3\u8868\uff0c\u8bf7\u8054\u7cfb\u60a8\u7684\u5de5\u4f1a\u4ee3\u8868\u3002\u60a8\u7684\u5de5\u4f1a\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c31\u65e0\u85aa\u4f11\u5047\u3001\u9063\u6563\u8d39\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u79bb\u804c\u798f\u5229\u4e0e\u60a8\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b\u8fdb\u884c\u8c08\u5224\u3002<\/li><li>\u7acb\u5373\u8054\u7cfb\u503c\u5f97\u4fe1\u8d56\u7684\u79fb\u6c11\u5f8b\u5e08\u3002\u8c28\u9632 data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-8624\"><p>On July 7, 2025, advocates filed a challenge to the Trump administration\u2019s termination of TPS for Honduras, Nicaragua, and Nepal in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. On December 31, 2025, a California federal district court \u201cvacated\u201d\/ undid the termination of TPS for Honduras, Nicaragua, and Nepal. However, the government appealed this decision to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, which on February 9, 2026, \u201cstayed\u201d\/ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courthousenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/tps-v-noem-ninth-circuit-stay-order.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blocked<\/a> the positive district court decision. This means that while the appeal case is pending, TPS holders from Honduras, Nepal, and Nicaragua will not have TPS protection or related work authorization.<\/p><p>The court case led by the National TPS Alliance and seven individuals continues, <em>\u5168\u56fd TPS \u8054\u76df\u8bc9 Noem<\/em>, 26-199 (9th Cir.).
