Yes, there are currently two lawsuits involving the Trump administration’s termination of Haitian TPS.

1. On July 15, 2025, a judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York issued a final judgement in Haitian Evangelical Clergy Ass’n v. Trump, No. 25-cv-1464 (E.D.N.Y.), that makes the effective date of any termination no earlier than February 3, 2026, thereby preventing the ending of Haitian TPS.
2. In another lawsuit, 全国 TPS 联盟诉 Noem, a federal judge in San Francisco had ruled against the Trump administration’s attempts to strip TPS from all Venezuelans and Haitians, but the Supreme Court undid this decision.
