I give my consent to iAmerica, SEIU, its locals and affiliates, and its strategic partners (the “Protected Parties”) to use and publish my name, likeness in photography or videography and/or any statements I have submitted, given or otherwise provided to iAmerica or SEIU in connection with the Harris Video Collection project. I give the Protected Parties my permission to publish, edit and republish my video submission in print, on the Internet, over TV and radio, and/or through any other media for non-commercial purposes. I waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve any finished products incorporating this material. I agree to release the Protected Parties from all liability and any claims that I may have arising out of the use, publication, and/or disclosure of this material.
