Update: On November 19, 2025, the Trump administration 决定 to terminate TPS for South Sudanese TPS holders. The Trump Department of Homeland Security scheduled TPS from South Sudan to end effective January 5, 2026, causing TPS holders to lose TPS and related work authorization.
