On May 7, 2025, CASA filed a lawsuit challenging the Trump administration’s termination of TPS for Cameroon and Afghanistan in the U.S. District Court, Maryland. The case is CASA 诉 Noem, No. 3:25-cv-01484 (D. Ct. MD)。
