Update: On November 24, 2025, DHS te anonse its decision to terminate TPS for Burma/Myanmar as of January 26, 2026. The Federal Register notice to publish tomorrow will include additional details.
As is the case with the many of the administration’s terminations of TPS, we expect advocates to challenge this in court and will keep you updated with further developments.
