Update: On November 24, 2025, DHS announced its decision to terminate TPS for Burma/Myanmar as of January 26, 2026. The Federal Register notice to publish tomorrow will include additional details.
As is the case with the many of the administration’s terminations of TPS, we expect advocates to challenge this in court and will keep you updated with further developments.
It is important that TPS holders immediately seek legal advice from a trusted immigration attorney for more information and questions about how this may impact them or their loved ones.
