IAMERICA strongly believes in the importance of your privacy. IAMERICA is a coalition that consists of the Pro Bono Attorney Network, Mi Familia Vota, the Service Employees International Union, and the Immigration Associates Network. Additional partners may be added to the IAMERICAN campaign at any point in the future. This Privacy Policy describes how IAMERICA treats the personal information we collect through the IAMERICA website (the “Website”) and what we do with that information. By using or accessing the Website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Statement applies only to information collected online through the Website and does not describe the ways in which we may collect or use information obtained offline or through any means other than our Website.

This User Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by IAMERICA on the Website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and IAMERICA concerning the Website and supersedes prior agreements, if any, between you and IAMERICA relating to any matter dealt with in the User Agreement. If any provision of this User Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this User Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this User Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and IAMERICA’s failure to assert any right or provision under this User Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. This User Agreement, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by IAMERICA without restriction. This User Agreement and the rights and obligations created hereunder shall be binding upon and inure solely to the benefits of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, and nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended or should be construed to confer upon any other person any right, remedy or claim under or by virtue of this Agreement.
