IAMERICA strongly believes in the importance of your privacy. IAMERICA is a coalition that consists of the Pro Bono Attorney Network, Mi Familia Vota, the Service Employees International Union, and the Immigration Associates Network. Additional partners may be added to the IAMERICAN campaign at any point in the future. This Privacy Policy describes how IAMERICA treats the personal information we collect through the IAMERICA website (the “Website”) and what we do with that information. This User Agreement shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of Washington, D.C., without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and IAMERICA that arises in whole or in part from the Website shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Washington, D.C. This User Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by IAMERICA on the Website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and IAMERICA concerning the Website and supersedes prior agreements, if any, between you and IAMERICA relating to any matter dealt with in the User Agreement. If any provision of this User Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this User Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this User Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and IAMERICA’s failure to assert any right or provision under this User Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. This User Agreement, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by IAMERICA without restriction. This User Agreement and the rights and obligations created hereunder shall be binding upon and inure solely to the benefits of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, and nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended or should be construed to confer upon any other person any right, remedy or claim under or by virtue of this Agreement.

Usted y IAMERICA acuerdan que cualquier causa de acción que surja de, o esté relacionada con, el sitio Web deberá iniciarse dentro del término de un (1) año contado a partir de la fecha en que se haya originado la causa de acción. De lo contrario, dicha causa de acción prescribirá de forma permanente.

El presente Acuerdo de usuario entra en vigor el 18 de noviembre de 2014.
